Architect, Architecting & Architecture

This is the most interesting subject i find as a IT professional, I want to be an Architect (as everyone wish), so what i need to know afer spending some time in writing code and then reading few article ! i found conceptually the overview of architecting process can be seen in four different models.
1. Business architecture: the business processes and organization structure.
2.Technology architecture: infrastructure that supports the applications
3.Application/software architecture: highest-level overview of applications that support the business operations
4.Information/data architecture: information that supports the applications
